Description
Nemera is hiring an APU Setter to start up, operate, and perform Level 1 Total Productive Maintenance on injection molding and assembly equipment, including packaging molded and/or assembled components. The role includes visual product inspection, machine startup and shutdown, alarm response, mold handling, material changes, traceability documentation, line clearances, LOTO, quality and safety procedures, and lean process improvements. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk 90% of the shift, and pass vision testing. The schedule is 223 days at 12 hours per shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a pay range of $25.00 to $40.00 USD per hour and a 10% night-shift differential.
