Description
Nemera is hiring an APU Setter to start up, operate, and perform Level 1 Total Productive Maintenance on injection-molding and assembly equipment, including packaging molded and/or assembled components. The role includes visual product inspection, machine startup and shutdown, alarm response, mold handling, material changes, traceability, line clearances, LOTO, quality documentation, and participation in lean and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk 90% of the shift, and perform physical work; and vision-testing eligibility. The schedule is a 223-night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a pay range of $25.00 to $40.00 USD per hour and a 10% night-shift differential.
