Description
Doduco is hiring a Setter for its Pforzheim site to set up, retool, and operate stamping machines; perform release and approval processes; inspect part quality; operate multiple machines; and carry out maintenance and cleaning. The role requires metal-trade training or relevant setter experience, familiarity with Bruderer, Schaal, or Haulick stamping presses, technical knowledge of machines and production processes, shift-work willingness, basic PC skills, and a quality-conscious working style. The position offers 35 hours per week, 30 days of annual vacation, and compensation according to the precious metals collective bargaining agreement.
