Flutterwave is hiring a full-time Senior Associate, Settlement for its Global Operations team. The role oversees merchant settlements and reconciliation, manages chargeback disputes and fraud risk, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, analyzes settlement and chargeback data, and leads process-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, 1–2 years of payments-industry settlement or chargeback-processing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership experience, and proficiency with payment platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
