The role involves calculating settlement amounts, managing account queues, reviewing client accounts, gathering documentation, communicating with creditors and teammates, and meeting monthly production goals. Applicants need at least one year of experience in debt settlement negotiations, collections, mortgage loan processing, or customer service, with debt settlement negotiation, back-end or recovery collections, and mortgage operations experience preferred.
