Janney is hiring a Settlements Analyst to support financial services branch operations by researching and analyzing data, performing reconciliations, coordinating with advisors and vendors, collaborating on issue resolution, maintaining policies and procedures, and leading or participating in small projects. The role also involves designing, testing, and implementing system enhancements to improve workflows and client experience. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations/financial industry experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment; 1–2 years of related settlement operations experience and knowledge of SQL or RPA are advantageous.
