Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Molding Setup Apprentice in Rochester, New York. The first-shift, day-shift role trains the employee to install and remove molds, prepare molding presses, connect water lines and auxiliary equipment, perform machine adjustments, inspect and clean equipment, and identify maintenance issues. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior molding experience is not required. Compensation is estimated at $17.00–$21.00 per hour in New York, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
