Description
The Setup Operator will set up and operate large presses ranging from 315 to 2,500 tons in a three-shift production environment. Responsibilities include program adjustments, machine and tool maintenance, defect checks, quality and cost monitoring, shift documentation, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. The role requires metalworking apprenticeship experience, stamping or bending technology experience, technical aptitude, mechanical and control-system knowledge, quality-control knowledge, teamwork, and physical resilience.
