Description
The CNC Machine Operator sets up, programs, adjusts, and operates CNC production equipment; performs tooling changeovers, 5S, inspections, minor maintenance, and safety lockout/tagout procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical basic skills, knowledge of quality and regulatory systems, blueprint reading, and measuring with calipers and scales. It is performed 100% on the production floor during the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional overtime and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
