Description
The End Forming Machine Operator performs end-forming operations, tooling changeovers, setup and adjustments of end-forming and CNC equipment, tooling and 5S inspections, minor preventive maintenance, and safety lockout/tagout procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical basic skills, knowledge of ISO and IATF quality systems, blueprint reading, and measurement with optical comparators, calipers, and scales. The operator reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, receives production instructions from the Production Supervisor or Team Lead, works 100% on the production floor, and works the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
