Description
Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is hiring a Setup Technician to perform mold setups, assist with troubleshooting injection molding machines and ancillary equipment, coordinate with scheduling to reduce downtime, and improve setup efficiency, safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–4 years of experience, and the ability to work assigned shifts; a 2-year technical degree and 5+ years of experience, including clean-room medical device manufacturing, are desired. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour plus a $4.00 per hour shift differential, with quarterly bonus opportunities and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
