The role involves setting up and installing tools, preparing rolling tools and support bars, adjusting machines, correcting dimensions, performing quality checks, analyzing errors, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should have completed technical training or be career changers from craft businesses, with relevant thread rolling or forming experience, machine-setup knowledge, technical-drawing and measuring-tool experience, and willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts.
