Diehl is hiring a Setup Technician for assembly operations at its JUNGHANS Microtec GmbH site in Dunningen-Seedorf. The role involves setting up assembly lines, delivering materials, instructing or training assembly employees, monitoring piece quantities and production figures, diagnosing and eliminating machine faults, removing material shortages, improving work processes, and supporting test orders and initial or new manufacturing. The position requires vocational training as an industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification, preferably some experience as a band leader in assembly, and willingness to work in three shifts. It is a full-time permanent role starting immediately, with pay according to collective bargaining agreements and benefits including professional development, a company pension scheme, and a canteen.
