Description
The Pillow Maker fills pillow shells with fiber, places them on a conveyor, sews them with single-needle or surging machines, attaches law tags and care labels, removes and repositions completed pillows, bags finished products, handles prework and changeovers, and maintains safe equipment use. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to stand or sit for a full shift and occasionally handle objects weighing up to 35 pounds; previous industrial sewing experience is preferred.
