Description
De Hamer Beton is hiring a Machine Operator to operate and maintain concrete production machines, monitor mixes and finished products, adjust processes, support machine conversions, clean equipment, resolve minor malfunctions, and guide production employees. The role requires MBO-level skills, several years of production experience, an affinity for technology, hands-on ability, responsibility, and Dutch language skills or willingness to learn. Compensation is €2,791–€3,623 per 40-hour workweek, with a year-end bonus, vacation days, pension, and other benefits.
