Description
The Sewerage Road Worker is a skilled infrastructure worker who, together with a foreman, lays sewer pipes and lines in deep trenches, passes materials, supports excavator operators, performs preparatory earthworks, and maintains a safe working environment. The role is physically demanding and is based at local construction sites in Rumst, Minderhout, Schilde, Merksplas, Kasterlee, or Turnhout-Herentals. No prior experience or diploma is required; motivated school leavers or junior candidates are welcome and will be trained on the job. Dutch is required, with Romanian also accepted in some crews, and a Category B driver's license is an advantage. The position offers approximately 06:30–15:00 fixed hours, transportation, meal vouchers, and other sector benefits.
