Olympus Group is hiring an onsite Sewing Team Lead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to lead a team of sewers, train and mentor new members, monitor production schedules, coordinate with other departments, maintain a clean work environment, and resolve sewing-related issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of experience in sewing, patterning, and garment construction, industrial sewing-machine knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive compensation, profit sharing, health insurance, a 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, with Monday-Friday work from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
