The Rogers Group is hiring a Sewing Machine Operator in Clare, Michigan, to lead and produce custom setups and orders in the sewing department. The role operates Gerber cutters, silk-screening equipment, sewing machines, grommet machines, hydraulic presses, and hot knives; prepares and assembles athletic and staging products; lays out patterns to minimize waste; and maintains safe, organized production work areas. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, versatility with sewing machines, and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
