Description
Raphaëlstichting is seeking a volunteer to lead a small group of residents at the Breidablick location in Middenbeemster through a sewing workshop. The volunteer will help residents learn to use a sewing machine, develop basic sewing skills, optionally use an overlocker, and further develop creativity in a safe environment. The role is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, with the day to be agreed upon. Prior professional experience is not required, but the volunteer should be able to use a sewing machine, explain things patiently, have an affinity with the target group, and enjoy guiding others. A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) application is part of the process.
