Description
The SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant will configure time-off frameworks, implement country-specific leave policies and workflows, coordinate with payroll and third-party integration teams, support testing and defect resolution, and provide functional documentation and user training. The role requires at least 8 years of SuccessFactors experience focused on EC Time Off, certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC or Time Management, strong global implementation configuration skills, and the ability to work independently and engage stakeholders.
