Description
Intuitive is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale field service transformation programs in the medical device industry. The role covers end-to-end Salesforce Field Service architecture, implementation, configuration, integrations, data migration, deployment, governance, KPIs, compliance, and leadership of architects, developers, and administrators. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of Salesforce platform experience, and at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service implementation experience, along with expertise in Service Cloud, mobile field service, SAP integrations, Flow Automation, Agile, and DevOps.
