Description
Micron is hiring a Singapore-based photolithography process development engineer to develop and optimize lithography processes for advanced Replacement Gate 3D NAND parts, apply artificial intelligence to photolithography algorithms, improve process margins, troubleshoot and integrate processes, and support R&D breakthroughs and technology adaptation. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, strong research and development ability, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the opportunity to travel for collaborative R&D work.
