Endava is hiring a Share Plan Manager to lead the governance, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of its global employee and executive share plans and equity programmes. The role manages the Share Plans team, oversees plan events and participant transactions, supports the Remuneration Committee and Board, maintains SOX and governance controls, manages external providers, and advises senior stakeholders. Candidates need experience managing employee share plans in a listed company, leading a specialist administration team, and working in a regulated environment, along with strong communication, stakeholder, analytical, and Excel skills.
