Chrysalis Host Home is seeking families to become Host Home Providers and care for an adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home. The role involves supporting daily living, attending medical and activity appointments, maintaining a safe environment, completing paperwork, and advocating for the individual. It is a contracted, home-based position with room-and-board and daily-care payments, and requires a background check, age of 21 or older, disability-support experience, home safety and health compliance, pre-service training, communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
