The role focuses on monitoring shared pool facilities, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and delivering excellent guest service while working collaboratively with hotel staff. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, vigilant, and experienced in lifeguarding in a luxury hotel or resort setting, with valid lifeguard, first aid, and CPR certification, and must currently be in the UAE.
