The Insurance Operations Specialist will perform client data entry, Indio renewals, policy uploads, proposal updates, online rating, workflow support, document creation, and training for insurance technology platforms. The role requires at least one year of professional office experience, strong organization and time-management skills, and onsite work in Pasadena, California four days per week. The salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
