Malander is looking for a Shared Services and Enterprise Transformation Lead to spearhead a significant enterprise transformation program across various African markets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned transformation expert with a strong background in shared services, operating model design, and ERP transformation. They will act as the enterprise-wide transformation architect, responsible for developing future-state operating models, driving business transformation, and providing board-level recommendations.
