PA Consulting is hiring a Shared Services Transformation Consultant to advise public and private sector clients on designing and transforming shared services operating models, sourcing strategies, technology platforms, AI-led automation, change management, and benefits realisation. The role covers Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT shared services and requires experience in shared services or business transformation, stakeholder engagement, process and technology design, and AI-enabled operations. It is a hybrid role requiring at least two days per week in the office or on a client site, with some assignments requiring up to five days on site.
