Bolder Group is hiring a Shareholder Administrator to process investor transactions, capital calls and distributions, payment files, and shareholder records; assist clients and auditors; maintain procedures and controls; and participate in testing and training. The role requires a degree in Finance or a relevant discipline, 1–2 years of investor services experience with exposure to hedge funds or private funds, financial knowledge, accuracy, and teamwork. It is a hybrid position based in Pampanga, Philippines, with two days working from home and three days on-site.
