Shareholder Advisory Director at SRS Acquiom

SRS Acquiom is hiring an in-house Shareholder Advisory Director to manage post-closing indemnification claims, contingent consideration and milestone issues, M&A agreement analysis, dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration, and client communications. The role requires a United States law school graduate, at least five years of active legal practice, bar admission, and experience with dispute management. It is available as a hybrid position from the Denver office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States, with compensation of $170,000 to $180,000.
