The SharePoint Administrator / Windows Systems Engineer - Collaboration & Infrastructure supports the team by managing, developing, and modernizing SharePoint environments. This involves overseeing existing SharePoint farms, supporting migrations and new builds, and contributing to the operation of classic Windows server environments. The role requires analyzing existing platforms, ensuring stable and secure operations, and assisting with various projects related to SharePoint, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft infrastructure, and managed services.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Solid experience in the administration and operation of SharePoint farms.
Familiar with SharePoint On-Premises and, ideally, have already built, expanded, or migrated new farms.
Experience operating Windows server environments and have a solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, group policies, and Microsoft infrastructures.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a system house, MSP, or IT service provider environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, or hybrid collaboration scenarios.
Experience with PowerShell, automation, or standardization of operational tasks.
Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, load balancing, backup/restore, or monitoring of SharePoint environments.
Experience with managed services, operating models, or recurring customer solutions.
