Description

Spektrum is hiring a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Solutions Developer to support NATO’s Allied Command Transformation Capability Development & Management Support program. The role provides hands-on SharePoint administration, information architecture, Power Apps and Power Automate development, solution integration, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer across approved Microsoft environments. It is an on-site contract in Norfolk, Virginia, from January 2027 through December 2031, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree or five years of directly relevant professional experience and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field, or five years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: Recent end-to-end hands-on Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solution delivery experience.
At least two years of SharePoint administration and information architecture experience within the last five years.
At least two years of Power Apps development experience within the last five years.
At least two years of Power Automate development experience within the last five years.
Hands-on experience developing integrated SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
At least two years of business process analysis, digitization, and requirements elicitation experience.
Hands-on Microsoft 365 or Power Platform data integration experience.
Hands-on Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform solution lifecycle, configuration, deployment, and sustainment experience.
At least two years of troubleshooting and operational support experience.
Experience documenting and transferring Microsoft 365 solutions for continued operation and maintenance.
