The role covers SharePoint architecture, solution design, integration, security, scalability, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring of engineering teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, several years of solution or collaboration architecture experience, SharePoint expertise, cloud and integration knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills. The position offers a minimum monthly gross compensation of 15,360 PLN, variable performance-based pay, medical care, pension contributions, and a hybrid work model.
