Cozzini Bros., Inc. is hiring a Knife Sharpening Team Member in Hopewell Junction, New York to operate a section of its commercial cutlery sharpening line. The role involves rotating through grinding, edging, honing, buffing, sanitizing, drying, box-out, quality control, equipment maintenance, staging, and safety procedures. The position requires physical work including standing for at least three hours, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 35 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with a three-day weekend, and pays $20.00 per hour initially, with possible eligibility for a $2.00 increase to $22.00 after a 90-day probationary period.
