Description
The SHCCF Supervisor of Maintenance reports to the Manager of Maintenance and oversees corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance at the Shady Hills Combined Cycle Facility in Spring Hill, Florida. The role supervises and assists maintenance technicians, manages work orders and schedules, coordinates with Operations and other departments, supports outages and emergency situations, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, OSHA, and NERC requirements. The position requires a high school diploma, at least five years of maintenance or ICE technician experience in a power plant, and on-call availability.
