Description
AECOM is hiring a SHE Advisor to support the Games minor venues program in Queensland. The role provides hands-on safety assurance across design and construction delivery teams, conducts spot checks, audits, inspections, and incident investigations using ICAM methodology, partners with contractors and site teams, coaches supervisors, and produces safety performance reports. The position requires approximately 10 years of safety experience in construction, infrastructure, or utilities, with a safety-related degree and ICAM Lead Investigator certification preferred, and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid options.
