Description
BAE Systems is hiring an on-site SHE Advisor to support manufacturing, engineering, and business teams at its Warton or Samlesbury sites. The role provides safety, health, and environmental advice; leads audits, reviews, investigations, and assurance activities; manages compliance with SHE standards and legal requirements; supports risk assessment and management; produces performance data and reports; and coaches stakeholders to improve SHE performance. Applicants must be BAE Systems employees with at least 12 months in their current role, hold a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or an equivalent qualification, and have relevant SHE experience.
