BAE Systems is hiring an on-site SHE Advisor to support manufacturing, engineering, and business teams at either the Warton or Samlesbury site. The role provides safety, health, and environmental advice; leads audits, reviews, investigations, and assurance activities; manages compliance with SHE standards and legal requirements; supports risk assessment and management; analyses performance data; and coaches stakeholders to improve SHE performance. The position requires a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent, relevant SHE advisory experience, hazard and risk management knowledge, communication and stakeholder-management skills, and experience supporting SHE management systems and compliance activities. The salary is £59,491 depending on experience, and the vacancy closed on 7 October 2026.
