JR&CO is hiring a full-time, in-person Sheet Metal Fabricator in Denver, Colorado, to cut, bend, form, and finish sheet metal for commercial roofing and architectural cladding projects. The role uses CNC machines, press brakes, benders/folders, welding, bolting, riveting, and soldering, and includes shop and warehouse duties, material delivery, and occasional overtime or weekend work. Candidates need prior sheet metal fabrication or related construction/manufacturing experience, hands-on CNC and press-brake experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain it. Compensation is $20–$32 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay and health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
