Description
The Sheet Metal Journeyman fabricates, installs, and maintains sheet metal components and ductwork systems while managing projects from bid through completion, interpreting SMACNA-compliant specifications, and mentoring apprentices. The role requires OSHA 30 certification, apprenticeship records, blueprint and CAD assessment, project-management and safety-system training, and proficiency in at least two specialized techniques such as welding, brazing, or medium-gas work.
