Description
Protolabs is hiring a Sheet Metal Machine Operator for a Monday-to-Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. shift. The role operates lasers, press brakes, hardware insertion machines, and drills to produce precision sheet metal parts, while also loading programs, adjusting offsets, interpreting blueprints, inspecting quality, troubleshooting, maintaining production schedules, and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates should have prototype manufacturing or related machining experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, CAD/CAM, measuring instruments, and strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills.
