Kapl Bau is hiring a full-time Sheet Metal Worker for a 39-hour workweek. The role covers sheet-metal work, flat roofs, metal façade systems, roofing, soldering, foil welding, fabrication, installation, maintenance, cold and thermal insulation, and façade renovation. The worker will handle construction-site processes, lead their own crew, coordinate with the site manager, and work safely at heights. A Class B driver’s license, responsible and flexible work style, and independent project-handling ability are required; relevant long-term professional experience is preferred. The position offers a monthly gross salary starting from €2,951.78, additional pay depending on qualification, and benefits including training, employee discounts, a company van, and varied regional construction-site work.
