Description
The Construction Estimator analyzes tender dossiers, prepares cost estimates for in-house work, assesses risks, obtains and compares subcontractor and supplier prices, incorporates quotes into cost calculations, and supports ongoing projects with additional or omitted work assessments. The role collaborates with project management, execution teams, suppliers, and subcontractors and requires a bachelor's degree in construction, at least five years of relevant building-projects estimating experience, strong numerical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
