Description
The Project Manager will coordinate and monitor shell-construction projects, including residential and potentially industrial or logistics developments. Responsibilities cover construction-site coordination, quality, budget, schedule, technical problem-solving, tendering, contractor and subcontractor management, scheduling, site cleanliness, and reporting to the operations manager. The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering in Construction or equivalent experience, 5–10 years of relevant shell-construction project-management experience, knowledge of construction methods and connection details, and proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and budgeting or scheduling software. It is a full-time permanent position based in Kapellen in the Antwerp region, with an EV company car, charging card, home charging station, and fringe benefits.
