Description
The employer is hiring a Shell Construction Site Manager to oversee one or more shell construction projects in the Leuven and Brussels areas from preparation through wind- and watertight handover. The role manages foremen, workers, and subcontractors; prepares quantity schedules, progress statements, and final accounts; coordinates materials, working hours, safety, quality, planning, and construction systems; and serves as the contact for the project manager, subcontractors, and client. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent experience, relevant shell construction site-manager experience, a category B driver's license, and knowledge of structural engineering plans and technical construction drawings. The position is full-time and includes fringe benefits and a representative company car.
