Description
Shell Canada is recruiting candidates for its three-year graduate programme, with work locations in Scotford (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta), Sarnia, Ontario, or Calgary, Alberta. The programme begins in February or August 2027 and combines on-the-job training, formal education, social learning, and personalized coaching to develop leadership skills. Eligible candidates are in their final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree or have graduated within the last three years in an engineering or commercial programme, with a minimum CGPA of 3.20, Canadian work authorization, and medical or drug testing where required.
