Chromalloy is hiring a Shell Production Operator to support the production of ceramic investment casting molds. The role performs dewaxing, burnout, mold preparation, furnace and autoclave operations, mold transport, weight recording, documentation, safety checks, and work-area maintenance. It is a second-shift position running Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with an hourly shift differential, and requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, along with manufacturing, foundry, industrial, or production experience preferred.
