Description
GRTC is hiring a Transit Stop Maintenance Technician to provide cleaning, grounds, and maintenance services around bus shelters, bus stops, DTS, and DTS restrooms, including sweeping, trash removal, inspections, power washing, and defect checks. The role also assists the Transit Stop Technician with assigned tasks and requires weekends and evenings, a high school diploma or GED, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and provide quality cleaning services. Power washing experience is preferred, and the position involves lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent bending and climbing, and exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning products.
