Royal Smit & Zoon is hiring a full-time SHEQ Manager in Weesp, Netherlands, to develop and safeguard its integrated safety, health, environment, and quality management system. The role ensures compliance with HSE laws, manages ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems, coordinates audits and corrective actions, leads risk and incident investigations, advises management on SHEQ policy, and drives safety, quality, and sustainability improvements. The position requires an HBO degree in safety engineering, chemical technology, or a comparable field, at least four years of relevant experience, knowledge of Dutch HSE regulations, root-cause analysis skills, and excellent Dutch language proficiency.
