Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Shift Area Lead for the Wauna Mill in Clatskanie, Oregon. The role coordinates mill operations, logistics, maintenance, safety, troubleshooting, machine setup, uptime, and shift handoffs; it may be assigned to a specific area based on experience and follows a rotating day and night shift with a 4-day-on, 4-day-off schedule. Candidates need cross-team collaboration experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment and experience leading, training, or mentoring hourly employees; direct supervisory experience is not required. Preferred qualifications include industrial or military direct supervision, converting or paper experience, and CMMS or similar maintenance management experience.
